Viewer bot
Live viewers at the tier you choose stay connected to your channel for the full duration of the plan. Sessions connect gradually rather than all at once, and a session that drops is replaced.
Twitch & Kick bot services
Botzverse sells managed viewer bots and AI chat bots for Twitch and Kick streamers. Every viewer bot package also includes a basic chat bot whose messages you control; the AI chat bot is a separate service. Sessions usually start within minutes of payment confirmation, and the only thing Botzverse asks for is your channel name.

What do you get, and what is separate?
A viewer bot package and the AI chat bot are different products. Here is what each one covers.
Basic chat bot — included with viewer bots
Every viewer bot package comes with a basic chat bot at no extra cost. It is set up automatically once payment is confirmed, with default messages that you can edit, reorder or stop from the panel. It sends only what you write; it is not AI.
AI chat bot — separate service
The AI chat bot is sold on its own and adds no viewers. It writes chat messages with AI, using the tone, language and topic you set in the panel. You buy it on the Twitch or Kick AI chat bot page.
Control panel, no password
The panel shows your running sessions, the time left and your order history. Botzverse only asks for your channel name; your Twitch or Kick password is never requested and no access to your account is needed.
Four services, two platforms
Each platform has a viewer bot and an AI chat bot. Regular plans cost the same on Twitch and Kick; only the 12-hour trial package is priced differently. The amounts below are the lowest plan of each service.

How does an order work?
-
Pick a service and a plan
Choose the platform, then the viewer bot or the AI chat bot, then the tier and duration. A viewer bot plan already includes a basic chat bot, so there is nothing extra to tick.
-
Enter your channel name
Botzverse asks for your channel name and nothing else. No password, no session key and no account access.
-
It usually starts within minutes
Once payment clears, a viewer bot order starts its viewer sessions and sets up the basic chat bot automatically; an AI chat bot order sets up the AI chat bot with the settings you chose. Everything stops on its own when the plan time is up.
Questions about the services
Is the chat bot sold separately?
It depends on the type. A basic chat bot that sends the messages you write is included in every viewer bot package at no extra cost. The AI chat bot, which writes messages with AI, is a separate service that you buy on its own.
What is the difference between the basic chat bot and the AI chat bot?
The basic chat bot comes with each viewer bot package: it is set up automatically after payment and sends the messages you wrote, in order or at random. The AI chat bot is a separate paid service that generates messages with AI and adds no viewers.
Do Kick packages include the chat bot too?
Yes. Both the Twitch and the Kick viewer bot packages include the basic chat bot, and each platform has its own AI chat bot service.
Which platforms does Botzverse support?
Botzverse currently serves Twitch and Kick. Regular viewer bot plans are priced the same on both platforms; the 12-hour trial package is the one price that differs.
Do I have to give you my channel password?
No. Botzverse only asks for your channel name. Your Twitch or Kick password, your session key and access to your account are never requested at any point.
How long does delivery take?
Usually a few minutes after payment clears, but Botzverse does not guarantee an exact start time. You can follow the status of the order live from the control panel.
